Duct Tape’s characteristic:
1.Duct tape has very strong adhesion to the steel pipe. The Adhesion between the tape and the adherend is an important indicator to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the anti-corrosion layer. The stronger the adhesion is, the better the corrosion resistance would be and the longer the anti-corrosion effect lasts.
2.The duct tape has low rate of peeling, high adhesion to the steel duct, impact resistance, and penetration resistance, which is an extremely strong anti-corrosion system. The impact resistance indicates how strong the coating layer could resist damage caused by direct collision from another object.
3.The gas pipeline anti-corrosive tape is heat resistant, aging resistant, long anti-corrosion effect.
4.Operation is convenient and clean, solvent free, and eco-friendly. It can be applied regardless of winding manually or by machine.

How to use duct tape
1.Derust, remove the welding slag, remove oil stains and dry the adherend.
2.The surface of the steel pipe should be dry and dust-free before applying the primer. The primer should be evenly stirred in the container, and thinner should be added before application. The primer can be sprayed with a clean brush, roller or other mechanical methods.
3.After the primer surface is dry, the tape wrapping can be started. The tape should meet the anti-corrosion grade and structure requirements.
4.The pipe can be lay into the ditch and buried after the electric spark inspection qualified.
And duct tape also could be easily used in wrapping pipe of home appliance.
